Warranty Policies
Warranty: GigaPix Systems, LLC (GigaPix) warrants to the original consumer purchaser of this product that the product will be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for 90 days from the date of original purchase.
Obtaining Warranty Service: If you believe your product requires repair, contact customer service. To take advantage of this limited warranty you are required to show proof of original purchase.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accident, negligence, misuse, unauthorized modification, improper service or use, or other causes not arising out of defects in materials or workmanship. Any stitching software, picture data, and cameras used in conjunction with GigaPix´s product are excluded.
Remedies: Products approved for Warranty service by GigaPix will at the sole discretion of GigaPix be repaired, replaced, or the original purchase price will be refunded to the customer. Parts may be new, reconditioned, or otherwise comparable to the defective item.
ALL WARRANTIES ARE VOID IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED. THESE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS THAT YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PRODUCT, WHETHER MADE OR SUFFERED BY YOU OR ANOTHER PERSON AND WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT OR TORT. IN NO EVENT WILL GIGAPIX BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, GENERAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF INFORMATION OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS), OR FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, EVEN IF GIGAPIX HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO CASE SHALL GIGAPIX´S LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.
Some states do not allow limitations as to how long an implied warranty lasts and/or exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and/or exclusions of liability may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

GigaPan Product Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your GigaPan product, you can request a return within 30 days from the date of your purchase.
Conditions: Products must be in sellable, like new condition and include all original materials.
All products will be inspected and tested before being accepted.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to GigaPan Systems.
Since we can often troubleshoot and fix problems over email or the phone for free, all refunds must be approved by GigaPan before being received in our return facility.
Non-Refundable Products: The cost of shipping cannot be recovered from shipping providers, and is not refundable.
Accessories and software cannot be resold are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Receiving Your Refund Once your returned product is received, inspected, and approved, any refund amount will be processed to the credit card used in the original purchase within 5 business days.
It often takes credit card issuers 3-5 additional business days to post the money to your account.
